Cancellation/Refund Policy and Dates

• Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing.
• You may send an email to the CARLA office at [email protected].
• Phone calls are not valid.
• Requests must be received by 4 p.m. (Central Time) of the date listed below as the deadline.

Deadlines and Fees

• Written cancellation requests received on or before the Tuesday four weeks prior to the institute start date are eligible for a refund minus $50 processing fee per participant for each canceled institute. See exact dates below.
• Cancellations received on or before the Tuesday two weeks prior to the institute start date will be charged $100. See exact dates below.
• No refunds will be granted after the Tuesday two weeks prior to the institute start date. See exact dates below.
