The 11th International Language Teacher Education Conference is being hosted by the Center for Advanced Research on Language Acquisition (CARLA) at the University of Minnesota and will be held May 30–June 1, 2019 at the Graduate Hotel, Minneapolis.

Target Audience—Language Teacher Education

All literature and ads should be appropriate for an audience of language teacher educators who are engaged in the education and professional development of teachers of all languages, at all instructional and institutional levels, and in all the many national and international contexts in which this takes place, including: English as a Second or Foreign Language (ESL/EFL) instruction; foreign/modern/world language teaching; bilingual education; immersion education; indigenous and minority language education; heritage language education; and the teaching of less commonly taught languages.

The conference participants will include college of education faculty, directors of language programs, curriculum coordinators, state and district supervisors, cooperating teachers, and practitioners involved in professional development efforts.

Advertising Options

1. Program Ads: Various sizes available. Must send print-ready ad to CARLA no later than April 1, 2019.
• $400 full-page (W 7" x H 9.5") B&W ad
• $225 half-page (W 7" x H 4.75") B&W ad
• $125 quarter-page (W 3. 5" x H 4.75") B&W ad
2. Inserts: $250 per print piece inserted into the conference tote bag (e.g. brochures, fliers). Sponsor must supply the piece and be received by the CARLA office no later than April 1, 2019.

Deadline Information

All ads/inserts must be paid for in advance. Any ads/inserts not received by the April 1, 2019, deadline will not be shared with the conference attendees and the payment will be forfeited.

• Ads: Send the print-ready ad (300 dpi or higher) as PDF, JPEG, or TIFF to CARLA at carla@umn.edu no later than April 1, 2019.
• Tote inserts: (Anticipated need is 300 pieces.) Must be received by the CARLA office no later than April 1, 2019.

Note: Refunds minus a $50 processing fee can be granted if written notice of cancellation is given on or before April 1, 2019. No refunds will be given after this date.
