Registration Information

 

Registration ended Friday October 14, 2016. Onsite registration will be available ONLY if space allows. Onsite registrants will be charged an additional $25 above the late registration cost, if we determine there is space available.

Dinner Dance Commitment Fee for Attendees

Conference attendees have the opportunity to attend a wonderful dinner and dance for a small fee. The cost is drastically discounted from actual cost—you won't find a better deal in town! Price includes:
• Sit down dinner (salad, entrée, dessert, cash bar)
• Fabulous 10-piece dance band and fun with fellow attendees!
Notes:
• Available only for conference registrants (full conference or Friday-only)
• Limited number available
• Optional ticket for companion of conference attendee available (see below)

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be in writing and must be received by the dates listed in the refund chart below. Requests should be sent to carla@umn.edu

Refund Dates and Amounts

Refund granted minus $50* cancellation fee if written request is received on or before 9/30/16.

 

*Note: A $25 fee will be charged for the cancellation of one of the following: school visit, pre-conference workshop or Thursday only plenary/reception. Any additional cancellations will result in the full $50 cancellation fee.

Refund granted minus $100* cancellation fee if written request is received 10/1/16-through 10/14/16.

 

*Note: A $50 fee will be charged for the cancellation of one of the following: school visit, pre-conference workshop or Thursday only plenary/reception. Any additional cancellations will result in the full $100 cancellation fee.

No refunds granted after 10/14/16.

The University of Minnesota reserves the right to cancel the conference if necessary. A full refund of fees paid for the conference will be made if the conference is not held.


Special Needs

Those who have special needs must contact the CARLA office by September 20, 2016—one month prior to the start of the conference to allow time to make needed arrangements.
