  • All registrations must include payment.
  • Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.
  • There are restrictions on refunds. Please see Refund Policy and Dates.

 

Registration Costs

Pre-Conference Workshops:
Each workshop includes the cost of instruction and all materials. You do not need to register for the conference to register for the workshops, but workshops are NOT included in the cost of the conference. Space is limited so register early!
    $60 per workshop • Early Bird (By 4/1/15)
    $75 per workshop • Regular (By 5/7/15)
    $100 per workshop • Late Registration (After 5/7/15)

Full Conference Registration:
Includes the Thursday evening keynote and reception, lunch on Friday and Saturday, and all conference materials. (Conference registration does NOT include the cost of pre-conference workshops.)
    $200 Early Bird • (By 4/1/15)
    $250 Regular • (By 5/7/15)
    $300 Late Registration • (After 5/7/15)

One-Day Registration:
Includes lunch for the day of registration and all conference materials.
   $150 Regular • (By 5/7/15)
   $200 Late Registration • (After 5/7/15)

Graduate Student Registration:
Currently enrolled graduate students may register for discounted prices as listed below.

   $100 Early Bird–Full Conference for Grad Student • (By 4/1/15)
   $150 Regular–Full Conference for Grad Student • (By 5/7/15)
   $200 Late Registration–Full Conference for Grad Student • (After 5/7/15)

   $30 per workshop • Early Bird for Grad Student • (By 4/1/15)
   $50 per workshop • Regular for Grad Student • (By 5/7/15)
   $75 per workshop • Late Registration for Grad Student • (After 5/7/15)

   $75 Regular One-Day for Grad Student • (By 5/7/15)
   $125 Late One-Day for Grad Student • (After 5/7/15)


Payment Options

  1. Mail in registration form along with check made payable to the University of Minnesota.
  2. Register online with a credit card.

Sorry, purchase orders and wire transfers are NOT accepted.

Refund Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing to carla@umn.edu.
  • Written cancellation requests received on or before May 1, 2015 are eligible for a refund minus $50 for processing.
  • Written cancellation requests received after May 1, 2015, but on or before May 7, 2015, are eligible for a refund minus $100 for processing (which includes the registration and processing fees, and the cost of materials and meals).
  • Refunds will not be granted after May 7, 2015.
  • The University of Minnesota reserves the right to cancel the conference if necessary and will grant a full refund if the conference is not held.
