Laurent Cammarata
CoBaLTT Graduate Program Associate (2001 to 2006)

During his four-year involvement with the CoBaLTT project, Laurent assisted the director of the project, Professor Diane Tedick, with the development of CBI material for the CoBaLTT online resource center. Some of his contributions include the creation of online customizable graphic organizers and reading comprehension checks developed with Macromedia Flash. During summer 2006, Laurent led a CARLA summer institute entitled “Curriculum development for content-based language instruction,” which was geared toward preparing foreign language teachers to implement CBI and which utilized the CoBaLTT online resources to support the development of CBI curricular units.
