Unit Overview:

In this unit children will use one of the five themes of geography, place, to learn more about the city of Saint Paul and its sister city, Manzanillo, Mexico. Students will be identifying both physical and human characterists of both cities that help distinguish them from other places. 

Context:

This unit is part of a year-long study of Saint Paul using the five themes of geography: location, place, relationships within places, movement, and regions.
