Archetypal sentences

In order to get a better handle on gender agreement in these types of superlative phrases, Julie came up with a few sentences that she memorized and used as models. Her examples are:

So whenever she needed to make a superlative phrase using a masculine singular subject (like Tom Cruise), she remembered Tom Cruise and el más guapo, and when generating a superlative phrase with a feminine singular subject, she remembered Julia Roberts and la más alta

Here are a few other examples you could use as models for these forms. These could, for example, be “celebrities” from your own current language class, if appropriate.

Plural feminine
Jenny y Katherine  son las más traviesas de todas las estudiantes en la Universidad de Minnesota.

 

Plural masculine
