Cancellation/Refund Policy and Dates
- Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing.
- You may send an email to the CARLA office at carla@umn.edu.
- Phone calls are not valid.
- Requests must be received by 4 p.m. of the date listed below as the deadline.
Deadlines and Fees
- Written cancellation requests received on or before the Monday 3 weeks prior to the institute start date are eligible for a refund minus $50 for processing. See exact dates below.
- Cancellations received 6 business days prior to the institute will be charged $100. No refunds will be granted after that date. See exact dates below.
