Exploring Emotions Game

Below you will find three complete sets of cards which will need to be photocopied on cardstock and cut out prior to the lesson (Hint: it is easier if each set is copied in a different color, but not necessary)

Object: 
To help your partner form sentences corretly using the words from the cards to earn point for your team.  Each Pair of students laying their game is trying to form more correct sentences than their classmates

Directions for play: 
Each pair of students will have one game (75 cards).  Students will place each set face down between them. 

Player 1  Turns over one card in each pile.  The student forms a sentence correctly using each word from the card. Their partner can help or encourage his/her partner.   Students who correctly form the sentence using each other as a judge gets to keep the cards.  Each card is a point. The turn is over.

Player 2 goes next, forming a sentence using the cards s/he picks, just as player one has done.
